Ticket Pick-Up

You can purchase your tickets online anytime through our website.

After purchasing, please contact us by phone, email at info@greekcity.com, or social media DM to confirm your pick-up method — and, if you haven't already arranged it, to confirm your seating within the price range you selected.

Prefer to pick up your tickets in person? Call us at 416-461-6244, or reach Peter directly at 416-209-7090 to arrange a pick-up time in the East York area.

Can't make it before the show? No problem — tickets can also be picked up the night of the concert at the door. Tickets are held under the name of the person who made the online purchase.

Prefer to buy in person instead? Call the same numbers above to arrange a time and day, also in East York.

Prefer to pay by e-transfer? Contact us first to arrange it. One of our representatives will confirm your seat number and total payment amount with you, and you'll need to confirm that the e-transfer is being sent under your name to concerts@greekcity.com.

Please keep your ticket and order number safe — a valid ticket is required to enter the venue.
